GLocal | White Label Branding
How to create a White Label Branding in GLocal
What white labelling does
GLocal produces pages your clients open directly — monthly reports, shared links, and other public pages. Out of the box those pages carry GLocal’s branding and sit on a GLocal address.
White Label Branding replaces both. Your agency name, logo, colours and contact details go on the page, and the page is served from a domain of your own. A client never sees the word GLocal.
To open it, click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then White Label Branding. It is the second entry in the account settings menu.
The page has two panels side by side — Agency Branding on the left, Custom Domain on the right — and one Save Changes button at the top right that applies to the branding panel.
1. Agency Branding
Everything in this panel appears on the pages your clients open. Work down the panel and fill it in, then save — nothing takes effect until you do, so the order does not matter.
- Agency Name (Pin 1) — is shown in place of GLocal’s on every client-facing page. Use the name your clients know you by, not your legal entity name.
- Logo — There are two ways to set a logo. Paste a link to an image you already host into Logo URL (Pin 2), or click Upload (Pin 3) and choose a file from your computer — uploading fills the URL field for you. Either way a preview (Pin 4) appears under the field once the image loads. Check it before saving: an address that does not resolve leaves the preview empty.
- Agency Website (Pin 5) — is where the logo links to. A client who clicks your logo on a report lands on your site.
- Colors — Primary Color (Pin 6) and Accent Color (Pin 7) take hex values, with a swatch beside each field showing the current colour. They set the colours used across reports and other public pages — headings, buttons and chart accents follow them.
- Footer contact details — Footer Phone (Pin 8) and Footer Email (Pin 9) appear at the foot of client-facing pages. They are the point of the exercise: a client with a question about their report contacts you, not GLocal.
- Saving — Nothing on this panel takes effect until you click Save Changes (Pin 10) at the top right of the page. Leaving the page without saving discards what you typed.

2. Custom Domain
Custom Domain panel changes the address the page is served from.
The default address
Until you set a domain of your own, reports, shared upload links and other public pages are served from GLocal’s address:
https://glocal-reports.wiremo.coThe Default URL field (Pin 1) shows it, and the copy button (Pin 2) beside it copies it to your clipboard.
Connecting your own domain
Setting a custom domain is a two-step process, and the panel shows both steps with their state:
- Your domain (Pin 4) — the address you want to use, typically a subdomain such as reports.youragency.com.
- Live (Pin 5) — the domain is resolving and serving your pages. A green banner (Pin 6) confirms it and shows the live address as a link, so you can open it and check.
An Active badge (Pin 3) at the top of the panel marks a domain that is connected and serving.
GLocal cannot point your domain at itself. Adding the record at your domain registrar or DNS provider is a step you do outside GLocal, and until it resolves the second step will not turn green.

Changing or removing the domain
Two actions sit under the banner. Change domain (Pin 7) starts the connection process again with a different address. Remove (Pin 8) detaches the domain, and public pages fall back to the default GLocal address.

You’re all set
With both panels configured, a monthly report opens on your own domain, carries your logo linking to your site, uses your two colours throughout, and lists your phone number and email in the footer. GLocal’s name appears nowhere on the page.
Reports are the main thing clients receive, and they are covered in GLocal | Shared Reports.
Branding is account-wide, not per client
One set of branding applies to the whole GLocal account. Every business profile and every workspace produces pages with the same agency name, logo and colours — there is no per-client branding.
