How to Invite and Manage Team Members in GLocal
To collaborate with your team inside GLocal, you can invite users, assign roles, and control access to your workspaces.

ℹ️ Team Member Limits (Based on Your Plan)
The number of team members you can invite depends on your GLocal subscription plan:
- Starter → 1 user
- Professional → 3 users
- Business → 5 users
- Agency → 10 users
👉 If the limit is reached, you can upgrade your plan to add more team members if needed.
3. Add Team Member Details
Fill in the required information:
- Email Address (required)
- Full Name (optional)
Role:
- Member → Limited access
- Admin → Full access to all workspaces
👉 If you select Member, additional options will appear:
- Assign to Workspace (Optional)
- Choose a specific workspace
- Or leave it unassigned and assign later
💡 If you don’t have workspaces yet, you can assign the member later.

⚠️ Important: Existing Account Limitation
If the email address already has a GLocal account, you cannot invite it as a team member.
You will see an error message: An account with this email already exists. Please use a different email address.

4. Invitation Email
The invited user will receive an email containing:
- Name
- Assigned Role
- Accept Invitation button
- Option to copy and open the link manually

5. Accept Invitation & Set Password
After clicking Accept Invitation:
- The user will be asked to set a password
- Click Reset Password

6. What Happens After Login
Admin Users
- Are redirected to the GLocal dashboard
- Have full access to all workspaces
- Can manage businesses, team members, and settings
- Do not have access to Subscription & Billing
Member Users
If the member was assigned to a workspace:
- They will be redirected to the dashboard
- Will only see data from assigned workspaces
If the member was NOT assigned to any workspace:
- They will see a message like: You are not assigned to any workspace
- They will not have access to features or data
In this case, an Owner or Admin must assign the member to a workspace.

7. Manage Team Members
In the Team Members section, you can manage all users and their access.
- Once a user accepts the invitation, their status becomes active
- You can change roles at any time (Admin ↔ Member)
- Removing a user will instantly revoke their access
