Go to My Scans.
At the top of the page, you will see the Labels section.
Click Add label to create a new label.

Your label will appear in the Labels section and is ready to use.

β Step 3: Assign labels to scans
Select one or multiple scans using the checkboxes.
Click Assign label, then select the label you want to apply.

π Step 4: Apply label to all scans for the same business
Inside the Assign label window, you will see the option: Apply to all scans for this place (Google Place ID)
β When to enable this
Enable this option if you want the label to be applied to all scans of the same business, even if they are not currently selected or visible in the list.
This is useful when:
- You have multiple scans for the same business (different keywords or dates)
- You want to keep everything organized under one label
- You want consistency across all scans for that business
β When NOT to enable this
Leave this option unchecked if you only want to label specific scans.
This is useful when:
- You want to label only certain keywords or test scans
- You are organizing scans by campaign or experiment
- You do not want to affect all scans for that business
After choosing your option, click on the label to apply it.

π Step 5: Filter scans using labels
Click any label in the Labels section.
The table will instantly show only the scans assigned to that label, helping you focus on a specific business or group of scans.

β Combine multiple labels
You can click multiple labels to combine filters and narrow down your results even further.

π Reset filters
To reset your selection, you can:
- Click the clear label filters icon
- Or click the selected labels again to deselect them

π‘ Tip:
Use labels to quickly switch between different businesses, campaigns, or scan groups without scrolling through all results.
βοΈ Step 6: Manage labels
Click Manage labels to edit or remove your labels.
βοΈ Edit a label
Click Edit to change the name or color, then click Save.
Changes apply to all scans using that label.
ποΈ Delete a label

π― Youβre all set
You can now organize, filter, and manage your scans more efficiently using Labels in GTrack.
With Labels, you can:
