Reviews Management in GLocal
Connect Your Google Business Profile
After adding your Google Business Profile to GLocal, the platform automatically imports all your existing Google reviews.
Once the reviews are synced, GLocal performs two important AI analyses:
- AI Sentiment Analysis – detects whether a review is positive, neutral, or negative
- AI Keyword Extraction – identifies important keywords customers mention in reviews
This allows you to understand customer feedback patterns, not just individual reviews.
During the initial import, all existing reviews are analyzed with AI for free, and no AI tokens are used.
For new reviews received after the import, GLocal automatically analyzes them using AI to extract sentiment and keywords. Each new analysis consumes AI tokens.
AI tokens are included in your GLocal subscription plan, and each plan provides a different monthly token allowance.
If needed, you can also purchase additional AI tokens as add-ons.
Reviews → All Reviews
In the Reviews (Pin 1) → All Reviews tab (Pin 2), you can see every review from your Google Business Profile.
This page serves as your central review management dashboard.
What You Can See Here
Each review contains the following information.
- Reviewer Information
- Reviewer name
- Star rating
- Date of the review
- Review Sentiment (Pin 3) & AI-Extracted Keywords (Pin 4)
GLocal automatically analyzes the tone of every review and labels it as:
- Positive
- Neutral
- Negative
Below each review, GLocal also highlights the most important keywords mentioned in that specific review, extracted automatically using AI.
These keywords are extracted from the review content with AI.
You can Generate another reply with AI, edit an existing review reply or delete it (Pin 5) at any time directly from the review card.
If a review has not been answered yet, you can use the reply with AI which will generate 3 AI replies directly from this page.

Review Data Appears in Analytics
The keywords and sentiment data extracted from your reviews are available in the Analytics section.
There you can analyze:
- Review sentiment trends over time
- Keywords extracted from all reviews
- Which keywords customers mention most often
This helps you identify patterns in customer feedback and better understand how customers describe your business.

Reviews → Unreplied Reviews
The Unreplied Reviews tab shows all reviews that do not yet have a response from the business owner.
This section helps you quickly identify reviews that still require a reply so you can stay active and responsive on your Google Business Profile.
Responding to reviews is important because it shows customers that you care about feedback and helps build trust with potential clients.
Reply Options
From this page you can respond directly to the review.
You have two options:
- Reply (Pin 2) – write a custom response manually
- Generate AI Reply (Pin 3) – let GLocal generate a suggested response using AI
The AI reply feature helps you respond faster (Pin 4) while still allowing you to edit the message before publishing it (Pin 5).
Responding to reviews regularly helps improve your online reputation, encourages customer engagement, and signals activity to Google on your Business Profile.

Reviews → Filtered Reviews
The Filtered Reviews tab displays reviews that were captured through the review filtration system before they are posted publicly on your Google Business Profile.
When review filtration is enabled, customer feedback is first redirected to your private review page on the platform. This allows you to detect negative feedback early and address customer concerns before asking them to leave a public review.
This process helps businesses resolve issues with customers and improve their experience before requesting a final public review.
How the Review Filtration Works
- A customer receives your review request link.
- If the customer leaves positive feedback, they are redirected to leave a review directly on Google.
- If the customer leaves negative feedback, the review is redirected to GLocal platform first to Filtered Reviews.
- You can review the feedback, contact the customer, resolve the issue, and improve their experience.
- After resolving the problem, you can ask the customer to submit a new review.
Filtered reviews are stored in this section so you can monitor and manage customer feedback that did not go directly to Google.

How to Enable Review Filtration
⚠️ Important Notice about Review Filtration
To enable review filtration:
- Go to Review Request (Pin 1) → Review Filtration (Pin 2).
- Enable the Review Filtration toggle (Pin 3).

- Choose a short name (Pin 1) for your review request link.
- Click Save Short URL (Pin 2).
Your review link will look like this:
https://glocal.wiremo.co/review-request?shortName=yourbusiness
You can now use this link when asking customers for reviews.

Review Filtration Settings
Once the short link is created, you will see additional settings that allow you to customize the review experience.
- Copy Your Review Link
This is the link you will send to customers when requesting reviews.
Customers who open this link will first see your review filtration page.
- Choose Review Filtration Type (Pin 1)
You can select how customers rate their experience:

- Emoji Rating (Bad and OK emojis are filtered to the Glocal platform, while the Great emoji forwards the customer directly to Google.)

- Star Rating (Filter reviews by star rating: if you choose 4, then 1–3 star ratings are filtered to GLocal platform, and 4-5 star ratings are forwarded directly to Google.)

Both options allow customers to quickly indicate their satisfaction level.
Bad and OK are filtered to the Glocal platform and Great Emoji is forwardign the customer direclty to Google.
- Show Business Name
You can display your business name on the review request page so customers clearly see which business they are reviewing.
- Show Business Logo
You can upload your business logo, which will appear on the review request page to reinforce brand trust.
- Business Tagline / Outline
You can add a short description or tagline for your business that will appear on the review page.

Reviews → Deleted Reviews
Deleted Reviews
The Deleted Reviews tab shows reviews that are no longer visible on your Google Business Profile.
These reviews may have been:
- Deleted by Google
- Removed by the reviewer
A review appears in this tab when GLocal previously detected the review on your profile, but it is no longer available on Google.
This may happen if Google removes the review due to policy violations, the reviewer deletes or edits the review, the reviewer deletes their Google account, or Google temporarily removes the review during spam detection checks.
Because GLocal stores review data when it first appears, the platform can detect when a review disappears.

What You Can Do With Deleted Reviews?
The Deleted Reviews tab helps you track and investigate these removed reviews.
This is useful because sometimes valid reviews are mistakenly removed by Google.
If that happens, you can contact Google support and request a review restoration.
Generate Recovery Report
When you click Generate Recovery Report, GLocal prepares a report containing all important information about the deleted review.
These details are extremely helpful when contacting Google Business Profile support.
When submitting a request to Google, you can provide this report as evidence that the review previously existed.
Mark as Resolved
Once the issue has been handled, you can click Mark as Solved.
This will remove the review from the Deleted Reviews tab.
You should mark a review as resolved when:
- The review has been restored on Google
- The issue has been confirmed as permanently deleted
- You have completed your investigation
This helps keep your Deleted Reviews section clean and focused only on unresolved cases.
Review Settings
The Review Settings section allows you to configure how GLocal manages review replies, notifications, and monitoring.
Here you can control how AI replies are generated, how you receive notifications about new reviews, and how the platform detects deleted or missing reviews.

Below the review, GLocal generates three AI reply suggestions that you can use to respond quickly.
