You can upload media to your Media Library, set how often photos and videos should be posted, and let GLocal automatically publish them to your business profile.
This tutorial explains how to upload media, configure the posting schedule, and manage your Google Business Profile photos and videos inside GLocal.
Photo & Video Poster
The Photo & Video Poster tab allows you to automatically publish photos and videos to your Google Business Profile on a schedule.

- Media Library
At the top right you can see the total number of media files stored in your library.
- Photos – Total uploaded images
- Videos – Total uploaded videos
These files are used for automatic posting based on your schedule.
Once media is uploaded, it is stored in your Media Library and can be automatically published by the Photo & Video Poster according to your posting schedule.

- Posting Frequency, Time, and Timezone
You can control how often photos and videos are automatically posted to your Google Business Profile.
The same frequency options apply to both Photo Posting Frequency and Video Posting Frequency.
Frequency options:
- Per day – Media will be posted every day according to the selected number. Example: 1 photo per day or 1 video per day.
- Per week – Media will be posted weekly. Example: 3 photos per week or 1 video per week.
- Per month – Media will be posted monthly. Example: 5 photos per month or 2 videos per month.
Posting Time:
The Time setting defines the exact time when photos or videos will be published.
Example: If the time is set to 09:00 AM, GLocal will publish the media at 9:00 AM according to the selected frequency.
Timezone:
The Timezone setting ensures posts are published according to the correct local time for your business location.
Example: If your business is located in Tenerife, you may select Atlantic/Canary so posts are published at the correct local time.
