How to Use the Account Overview in GLocal

The Account Overview page in GLocal provides a quick summary of your account usage, limits, and active add-ons.

From this page, you can see how many resources your account is currently using, including business profiles, AI tokens, emails, team members, workspaces, and media storage.

This helps you easily monitor your account activity and understand when you may need to upgrade your plan or purchase additional add-ons.

ℹ️ Plan Usage: Each GLocal subscription plan includes different usage limits and resources.

1. Open the Account Overview Page

To access the Account Overview, click the arrow next to your business name in the top right corner of the dashboard.

A dropdown menu will appear.

From this menu, click Account Overview.

Once you open this section, the Account Management menu will appear on the left side of the page, allowing you to easily navigate between the different account settings.

Once opened, you will see several usage cards that display the limits and current usage of your account.

Understanding the Account Overview Metrics

Each box on the Account Overview page represents a resource included in your subscription plan.

These visual charts help you quickly understand how much of each resource you are currently using.

Business Profiles

This box shows how many Google Business Profiles are currently connected to your GLocal account.

You will see:

  • Total business profiles used
  • Maximum number allowed by your plan
  • Remaining profiles you can still add

Example:

Used: 16 / 50

Remaining: 34

This means you currently manage 16 business profiles, and your plan allows a maximum of 50 profiles.

If you reach the limit, you will need to upgrade your plan before adding more businesses.

AI Tokens

AI tokens are consumed when using features such as:

  • AI review reply suggestions
  • AI sentiment analysis
  • AI keyword extraction from reviews
  • AI-generated content (posts, services, rewrites, GBP audit suggestions)

In general, AI tokens are used whenever you generate or analyze content with AI inside GLocal.

The chart displays:

  • Total tokens used
  • Total tokens available in your plan
  • Remaining tokens

Example:

Used: 53,276 / 250,000

Remaining: 196,724

This allows you to track how much of your AI usage quota is still available.

Emails

The Emails box shows how many review request emails have been sent from your account.

Emails in this counter are used for:

  • Sending review requests to customers

Example:

Used: 2 / 50,000

Remaining: 49,998

If your business sends large numbers of review requests, this metric helps ensure you stay within your email limits.

Team Members

This section shows how many users currently have access to your GLocal workspace.

Example:

Used: 2 / 10

Remaining: 8

Team members allow you to:

  • Collaborate with staff
  • Allow marketing teams to manage reviews
  • Give access to business owners or clients

Each plan has a maximum number of team members allowed.

Workspaces

Workspaces help organize different businesses or clients inside GLocal.

For example, agencies may create separate workspaces for different customers.

Example:

Used: 3 / 10

Remaining: 7

Each workspace can contain its own:

  • Business profiles
  • Team members
  • Review requests
  • Automation settings

This structure helps keep different clients or projects separated.

Media Storage

This box shows how much media storage your account is currently using.

Media storage is used for files such as:

  • Images uploaded for Google Business posts
  • Media attached to scheduled content
  • Other assets stored in the platform

Example:

Used: 375.35 MB / 50 GB

Remaining: 49.63 GB

This helps you monitor how much storage space remains available in your account.

Add-ons

At the bottom of the Account Overview page, you will find the Add-ons section.

This area displays any additional resources you have purchased separately from your main plan.

Examples of add-ons include:

  • Additional AI Tokens
  • Additional Email credits

If you purchase any of these add-ons, they will appear here and increase the available limits in your account.

Add-ons can be purchased from the Subscription & Billing section of GLocal.

For example:

  • Extra AI Tokens allow you to generate more AI replies and insights.
  • Additional Email credits allow you to send more review request emails to customers.

You're All Set

The Account Overview page provides a quick snapshot of your entire GLocal account.

By checking this page regularly, you can easily monitor:

  • Resource usage
  • Remaining limits
  • Active add-ons

This ensures you always know how your account is performing and when additional resources may be needed.
